In 2009, I quit three jobs. My wife looked at me thirty days later and said, “You need to go find a job.” I told her no. I said from that day forward, I was going to do what I loved for the rest of my life.
So I sat down and started mapping how the internet actually works.
Within a few months, I had generated 1.5 million views on YouTube — no paid promotion, no tricks. Just content that aligned with what people were actually searching for. I built thousands of followers on Twitter and Facebook the same way. I wasn’t just playing games; I was learning the mechanics of digital visibility before most people knew that was a career.
From Viral Content to Industrial Scale
That obsession with “what actually works” led me into a world most digital agencies won’t touch: heavy industrial.
For over 17years, I’ve worked professionally in web development and search strategy across a wide range of sectors — industrial manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, retail, supplements, and professional services. I’ve worked alongside PR firms, marketing teams, and independent designers, often on problems that go beyond traffic: reputation management, negative press suppression, and first-page control for companies facing real competitive or legal pressure. That kind of work requires precision in architecture, search intent mapping, and execution under constraint.
I’ve structured catalogs with over 10,000 technical products. I’ve written custom shipping logic so that a 20-foot steel pipe automatically routes to flatbed freight instead of a parcel carrier. I’ve driven 600 miles to make sure a client’s digital storefront matched what was actually sitting in their warehouse.
I didn’t go to college for any of this. I learned it the way a machinist learns tolerances — by doing the work, making mistakes, and calibrating until it was right. My work has supported a multigenerational household, and my insights have been featured in Forbes.
Loss, and Coming Back
I lost my wife. And for a few years after that, I was wandering.

I started Tampa Web Technologies because I’ve spent 17 years learning how to feed the right signals to search engines. The tools changed. The principles didn’t. Most long-term website failures aren’t visual — they’re architectural. I build WordPress systems designed to remain stable, scalable, and measurable. And in 2026, that means making sure the AI has accurate, structured, verifiable data to work with.
